The service of this electrical appliance store is very good and they care about their customers. The delivery is fast and the price is fair. The employees here are also very polite. I usually introduce my friends to come here to buy electrical appliances, and everyone is happy with their purchases.
1) Super poor service. They delivered defect product to us. No QC before delivery. Can only pickup & replace the defect product till next day even the delivery men were still there.
2) Lousy sales person. Trying to manipulate things & rude to customer.
3) Delivery not punctual. Waiting them near 2 hours then only the lorry arrived.
4) Sales person lack of product knowledge.
The worst treatment by a salesperson towards a customer that I have ever experienced here is not treating and answering the customer’s questions properly and well. No direct selling skills and doesn’t have a skill to attract customers to buy the item. He only knows how to play his mobile phone & just walks outside the shop for smoking while customers wait for him to come and serve customers. He is too rude to his potential customers. Bad, rude and poor sales service from him and I will not come again!
I been waiting for the whole day for the delivery…. 12pm, 2pm, 5pm…. now 7pm… I am still waiting…. No answer call, no reply watapps…. So regret…
