Hot water is not hot! So my sheets wasn’t clean enough.
Have to pay RM 10 to get the card from the machine. 🙁
But having a card payment system is quite advanced.
You can also use the old fashion way to use cash to get token.
There are so many laundromat to choose from they should offer this for free to get more customers.
Machine looks new and place is clean and comfortable.
Very lousy machine. Lost RM10 just to buy card.
First have to pay RM10 just for the card. Ridiculous!!! Then want to topup the card machine got problem. Then the machine telan my card.
The best part is the hotline number never answered my call.
Please improve your system to ease your customer. Not create some more difficulties to you customer. It is just a laundry system. Not to buy gold or smt.
Big and spacious coin laundry. Remove shoes upon entry. Usually I’m scared to that at other places but this place is kept quite clean. The proof is no black feet when leaving. Can use the card system for payment, rm 10 for card deposit and can reload using machine . Got some rebates if use the card. 2 10kg, 6 14kg, and 1 28kg washer, choice of cold, warm and hot water. Overall more expensive then other laundry but overall worth it.
The floor is always dusty and dirty. Not regularly maintained. The dryer doesn’t do a good job unless unless you let it swallow another 2 or 3 coins then it will be nice to you! So capitalist! ?
A clean and cozy place can get my curtains cleaning and drying up. Washing with 28Kg biggest machine took 25 minutes and just cost me RM14 with warm water wash. Then get a 28Kg dryer for 30-minutes drying cost at RM10. Everything settled within less than an hour. Thumbs up for a very convenient place for washing.
