What a loser!!! This female cashier dosn”t like foreigners. Tried to extort money out of us. Said it was for a charity. When my wife refused on multiple occasions to ‘donate’ she then refused to accept our visa card to buy ice-cream for our kids. 7 eleven should shut these people down. I think the cashier was Indian in descent
Went to buy phone credit on a Sunday in the late morning. No one was at the cash register. I saw a female employee in the staff area at the back, so I called out a “excuse me?” No reply. I could hear voices from her phone so I thought she might be talking on the phone, but it seemed unlikely someone was calling a 7 Eleven store. So I wait a moment and call out another “excuse me?”. I saw her lazily rise from her chair and walk to the cash register; eyes glued to her phone the whole way. As she stood at the register, I could see the voices from her phone were actually from videos she was scrolling through. I told her what I want and she printed a credit voucher. She slowly printed it as she continued scrolling through videos. She did not speak a word during the whole interaction and did not move her eyes from her phone. I checked closely the change she gave me and the voucher because her mind was somewhere far far away.
How can someone this terrible slip through the cracks to get employed in a customer service role?
Enough variety to get you by for a couple of days. And they sell beer.
Nearest 24hrs convenience store to Legoland. About 10mins walk if you looking for a late night snack, beer, etc.
Open only 07:00-00:00 not 24hrs!
