2 months agoI asked a staff there to heat Spaghetti Bolognaise, however it took ages for it to be heated. Unfortunately she set it for 5 minutes rather than for a few seconds, so much so that I could not eat it since the spaghetti was so dry. I asked her if she is a new staff but she just kept quiet. No apology from the staff for the long wait and the spaghetti is as good as to be thrown into the trash. My advice to 7E team there, do train and coach your new staff and observe them at work during their probation, else, this same incident will happen again in the future. They have a new team thats friendly and efficient. Kudos!2 years agoI went there to buy gardenia bread. The total is RM7.20. I give the cashier RM20 and took few seconds for me to find and give him 20cents. He shows annoyed face if it. Then he gave me the balance RM10 and many coins till it make to 3 ringgit.2 years agoCashier was not helpful when being asked where the items were and refuse to give receipt upon payment by saying system down and kena tunggu start balik. I understand but tolong lah.. nak cakap tue biar baik baik ye….
