Clean, comfy, spacious. Can Do your work or study here with Wi-Fi. Best of all, the security will be checking on and off ??
Please add in more cushion chairs.
Other chairs looks fancy but isn’t practical, just the basic normal chair with cushion would be just good enough.

The Problem:
You can see from the photo, CARPARK ALL FULL!
You might think so many people inside? But actually its 9:30AM, inside only 4 person. But CARPARK FULL!
Why?? Nearby many residential buildings, I think you can guess it.
Management please do something, it’s easy with overnight clamps.
Great place to study and have discussions. Superb initiative of the Penang government to create a quiet, comfortable and cosy environment
Nice place. Very conducive to study or do computer work. Feel relax and peaceful here. The staff very friendly and helpful. ??? Great! And very tempting cafe ?
Library is awesome , however management should impose strict rules and fines over patrons due lack of basic common sense. The staff walk up and down 10 times but did not take time to inform patron to arrange the footwear.
Also patron should have basic sense to arrange their own footwear. Clearly you wouldn’t leave your footwear like this in your house so why here?
Very good in overall. But I think that it is user’s own responsibility to handle their manner when they are in the public area. I’ve been to this library before and the staff did well in handling and reprimanding the users manner in term of lowering down their voices and controlling their behavior (public display of affection). However, it is acceptable if user gives other suggestion to make better system.
