A big scam, they should’ve stated the price clearly instead of letting the participants playing unknowingly and wrecking up the prices as we play. They did not state clearly if it was one game $6 but it was one person $6 per game. They said they would let us pay before playing so that we would continue playing continuously. The staff was also very impatient and seemed very frustrated when he approached us.

11 months agoHad a bad experience during my visit on 27 Jan 2023. I & wifey had 4 games each. We were given lane number 16. We can’t even set or customise our names on the monitor. The graphic was boring. My personal bowling ball was always stuck everytime i threw it. Frustrated i have to wait like 3 to 4 minutes for my ball to return. The worst part is, my ball was badly damage due to that incident. Refer to attach photo. I was very upset.7 months agoFree shuttle bus from Yishun MRT to OCC. A good place to hangout and play bowling together with your friends.
My kids had a very bad first bowling experience as a first timer. The ball struck half way and the staff came over and told my kids “I had been observing you few times throwing the ball, the ball will crack one! you should row it! Not throw!”. After she went off, my kids very low morale and have a thought not to play anymore. And asking me “like this I can’t play anymore? I don’t know how to play.” I have to encourage them to play again for quite long.
Since the staff decided to give kids to use size 5 and 6 ball then perhaps if not correct, she can came forward to tell us nicely. If she so scare the ball will crack then don’t allow let kids play at sonic bowl. Perhaps the staff can use nicer tone to talk to kids. This is the first time they are playing and parent is trying to guide. Why can’t the staff just be nice tone with attitude. I also see other lane kids doing same just like my kids. Kids are not professional they also need to train and learn. Definitely will raise this up to Yishun Safra. Very bad experience as a Safra member.
They said it closes at 11 but they asked us to stop at 10.30 and the reason was they have to leave by 11pm I find this unreasonable This is unacceptable as it goes against the original agreement and shows a lack of respect for our time. It also puts pressure on us to finish our game before the agreed upon time, potentially compromising the quality of our gameplay. It would be more reasonable to either extend the closing time or find a different solution, rather than expecting us to accommodate their personal schedule.
Horrible experience with the system. Sometimes the pins doesn’t reset properly, end up with only like 3 or 4 new pins. There are very very few light balls from 5 to 8 which makes it hard to play. There’s no touch panel for you to customise the names or anything. Apparantly ball number 5 is too light so it takes very long to reset. And there’s only like 1 ball. For so girls using number 5.. Good luck you have to wait like 5 minutes for the ball to come back. Might as well don’t play
Basically the whole system is outdated. Rather you go planet Bowl which has flawless system so fat based on experience

They always serve with warm attitude and manage the crowd well.
