Service here is not bad. Place is not crowded too so plenty of seats. Food is average but the black coffee is not bad. Limited parking space though. Right in front of the outlet is an OKU parking space. There is a drive through counter. Just realised today while having my meal, soft music playing in the background with songs in Malay, English and Mandarin. First ever experience for me in a fast food chain in Malaysia. Feels great. Bravo to the staffs here. Keep up the fantastic work.
Parking terhad better try ngan drive thru
Very clean branch with cozy atmosphere. Food as always the same with other outlets. Service was slightly lacking today because there was only one staff at the counter to take orders while the rest was somewhere else (maybe breaking fast). As a fast food outlets they can’t leave only one person at the counter to service a que of customers. Even on a fasting break they should be taking turns eat a little bit and when the other have break their fasting they can continue with their break after that. It’s the norm as I was also in the hospitality line. The outlet I have to give credit it was really clean. The arrangement of the seats and table was also good. Parking was quite limited so it will be a challenge parking near the outlet.
The service team needs a massive improvement. It took more than 20 minutes of waiting time via drive-thru to get the orders ready. Please lah!!

The toppings in this restaurant’s burgers are like a joke. I am sure other bk must have more toppings than this one, meh!
A burger king next to the shell gas station. The place is spacious so there are plenty of seats. If you like a quiet fast food restaurant, this is the best place to go. It’s a pity that the parking spaces are very limited, and I couldn’t find a parking space several times, so I left. They make the kakiage burger so so so delicious but ice cream machine is often broken. Lastly, newly renovated in April 2023.
