Bought a few units of pre-installed colour boxes. All the units are well installed. Price is reasonable and affordable. The products definitely worth the price.

Also, Seller is very friendly and polite. Able to give good suggestion and recommendation to customers when needed. Thumbs up. Looking forward to purchase from seller again in the future.

  1. Im gonna give 3 stars because the Mr.Hau at the shop were accommodating to my complaints & acted promptly to replace the unit otherwise i could have rated worst ..this is my experience;

    1.bought a wardrobe from Ghome for a quit premium price compare to the alternatives they had & it was delivered within a week which was great

    2.During delivery send by 2 lorry drivers who are also the installers , i notice a defect & mentioned to the installers but they insist its built as such , which is nonsense since i can see its a clear crack . On top of that the door is also delivered not as same as what was displayed in the shop .So i reach out to the shop to complain & good enough they acknowledge it & ordered to replace. The installers were also struggling to fix the soft close & were trying many times.

    3. A week plus later they send the replacement parts & this time i noticed the soft close is at problem again but the installers did not highlight this & thought i wouldn’t asked but i prompted them to check & get it right . They were rushing it & often give excuse that its normal same like the first time they did .

    4.The way the installers assembled the wardrobe also unprofessional , they did not use a proper measurement to fix the soft close & merely using fingers to measure . I don’t expect this kind of workmanship especially when its not cheap. I wonder how many houses overlooked this small details & had to compromise .

    5. I’m not happy with the overall experience & i have doubts on the quality of my purchase despite paying so much.

    This is my feedback to the shop , they have good products but i hope the quality can be improved especially during delivery & installation of the product. Please request the installers to be more honest to the customers & not to rush .Report back to the shop if they find defects & if they find the quality is compromised .
    Customer experience is more important & that’s what make them return. Otherwise there are other alternatives out there.

  3. Appreciate the good salesperson but product quality is very questionable. Bought a dining set with the bench and after using it for few weeks, the screw loosen up. Mind you that I already requested for new bench since I paid 1.3k for the set, not RM130, and wanted to use it for a few years at least. They took it back to the store and I thought I will get a new replacement since the plywood is so noisy. Unfortunately, when I came to pick it up (they promised to send it back but the salesperson said there was no delivery in the following week, so I let it slide and just get it myself), they just add up a small wood underneath the bench to support it and I brought back the exact defect bench home assuming that it should be fine. But, today the screw just loosen up out of nowhere when no one is sitting on it. Told the salesperson about this and he requested me to send it back to the store. I don’t think I will get a new bench since he said just “nak tukar papan tebal”, so I’m not going to waste my energy to go there all the way. Now it feels like I have an old dining set. Not new one. With this quality, I should have brought it from shopee and assemble it myself.
