Frequent order when groceries is done at Giant hypermarket. Always freshly baked pizza. Preparation time: As scheduled +/- 15 minutes. Keep it up
Order via foodpanda for pick up , food panda application showing 3.08p.m done , when we go pick up the staff say no yet done kitchen still making my order , but i see got 1 order on their table so i request the staff go and check , the staff say NO YET DONE AND WAIT with loudly , after 1 hour ,i see another staff take that order on that table say sorry this is your order , already done early , so i wait at there 1hour and wasted our time , and not so recommend this restaurant , bad service , when customer request the staff should go check , if lazy NO NEED WORK and GO HOME BETTER ????????????????????????BAD EXPIRENCE AND BAD SERVICE
I had great experiences here. Good services and nice staffs. Recently, something happened. I’ve got overcooked pizza but their team handled it well (replaced and got vouchers) and apologised as well from manager. Good management and good services. Well done ??
Really bad customer service from the waitress. Very rude. If you cannot be nice to your customers, go somewhere else. Don’t work here!!!
