Don’t expect treatment as if you’re in a private clinic, you’re not going to have it, but for emergency cases they get the job done. Like tooth filling, tooth pulling etc. It’s a walk-in based clinic and treatment is one tooth per day, per person. Let’s be real, the payment for just a check up is rm1, and tooth filling is rm2. It really is not fair to compare it with treatment you get when you pay hundreds of ringgit at private clinics. The reality is gov clinic has better facilities too, what they lack in customer service, they’re better in others. As i said, they get the job done. They will rarely entertain cosmetic and appointment based cases like having braces done. It is meant to cater people who can’t afford private healthcare. Like students without insurance, or adults who is from lower income families. If you want to be treated early, come early. I never had to wait more than an hour.
why do staff always ask users to hold the appointment even at the busiest time? I called on the phone to set up an appointment then the staff was very rude to me not once but countless times!!@!
Nice receptionist and scaling service.
Some room need to upgrade the specific light facility. Also, add listing of service charge.
