It was my first visit here and im amazed at how professional and welcoming every staff is here. It was one of my fear, seeing a dentist and even so, having to choose between extraction or root canal treatment. I was having molar tooth infection and had visited another clinic near my house at Bidadari and it couldn’t even be compared to my visit with Dr Marco. My previous dentist were quite pushy and advised me to do root canal but Dr Marco were patient and explained to me the pros and cons of both, for me to make the decision of extraction. Knowing that im scared, he and his assistant reassured me, talking me through his every step and what im even more shocked was how his assistant will gently tap my hand throughout, to reassure me during the injection and extraction which I feel really helps ALOT! The receptionist were also very friendly and patient. I had read good reviews about Dr Marco and team and I really did not regret travelling to yishun. My extraction was done so quickly like in less than 1 min and even my husband were amazed at how professional Dr Marco is. One thing im sure of is that Dr Marco will definitely be my first choice dentist from now on, especially recommended for those with anxiety or fear of seeing a dentist. Great job everyone! Thank you all for making my dentist trip a little less scary. 🙂

I visited Q&M at their branch located at 743 Yishun Avenue 5 on Friday, 12 August 2022 at 11:30am for a chipped tooth. However, the same tooth chipped again the next day. I made another appointment this morning (17 August) at 11am, which I forgot about and missed. After calling them back to reschedule, the lady who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude with 0 professional and good customer service attitude. It was horrible.

  1. Went for braces and have concluded all my treatments. Dr Dian is quiet but she is super nice when she starts talking. I love going for my appointments knowing that everything is swift! Receptionists may seem unfriendly to some but they are nice and I see no issues on my part, always answering my queries and remembering what day works best for me, throughout all my appointments. So kudos on that! ?

  2. Been afraid of dentist since young because they done a bad job on my filling and i basically felt the force of the drilling.

    The filling has now fallen off and the tooth had decayed beyond saving.

    Dr Phua has a very soothing voice that calm my fear during the extraction.

    Thank you so much doctor for easing my pain, may god bless you for doing god works.

    Receptionist Michelle also very friendly that help calm my anxiety before going into the dentist room.

  3. I was never a big fan of going to the dentist.
    However, having done braces in another place many years ago , I’ve noticed that there was a relapse which can be fairly common. Having spent time and effort over a few years, that can be disheartening.

    I began researching on dental clinics as my go-to dentist is no longer with the hospital that I always go to.
    While researching,I stumbled upon this very clinic. With it being close to my place, it’s definitely a plus. Not only that, the clinic opens till 9.30 pm. Not many establishment apart from the 24 hours ones open that late.

    I went in to do my Scaling and Polishing for my first appointment.
    My attending dental surgeon was Dr Caroline Lim.
    The whole experience + the customer service was great.
    Dr Caroline was attentive, understanding and ensured everything was going well.
    I did another Scaling & Polishing 6 months later.

    Satisfied with the experience, I began on my journey for my teeth relapsing issue after my braces treatment as mentioned.

    I was definitely appreciative when the receptionists/staff ensured that I’m always tended by the same dentist for all of my appointments as well as try to accommodate to my schedule. The reminder messages/emails are definitely helpful!

    As of now, I’m still on that journey, will update as I go.

  4. Dr Tyler was very patient throughout my entire procedure. I was afraid of surgical tooth extraction & he made sure to explain to me thoroughly what was going on and made sure that I was in good hands. He is very knowleagable and ensure that I am comfortable. Thank you Dr Tyler!
