-Strategic clinic, there is a lot of parking space. -Dr very polite and responsive to your question. -Clinic open until 10pm which rare in simpang ampat area. -Staff very friendly and polite Even the patient there is friendly ?. -Clinic took inasiative install diffuser at hallway. very relaxing.

  1. Waited for the service for morethan 30 minutes and receptionist was not friendly and yet I had to take nebulizer treatment outside of the clinic without any monitoring. I can’t understand what procedure is that. And payment took way too long because of lack of wifi connection and I never had this kind of emergency service experience even at midnight

  2. First time going there & the registration process was very quick and the clinic is also very clean. Parking was not at issue.

    Went there for my URTI & Tonsillitis problem and was well consulted by Dr Naga. Very patient in trying to understand my symptoms and detailed in his explanation.

    Very satisfied with their service & will definitely go there again.
