1.Service crew wasn’t well trained, it is so hard to get their attention.
2. Very stingy with the garlic slices, 3-4 pcs be served upon every request.
3. Cold tea is served warm, maybe ice cubes are expensive
4. Ordered a seafood pancake, but it took an hour to prepared. Informed the waitress for couple of times but she get back to me with same answer over and over again, which is “please wait for another 7 minutes”. The seafood pancake is finally served when we are about to leave. The pancake is undercook and burnt, it is inedible, bitter and just purely bad. No service recovery bad been done, told the cashier lady about the pancake however i receive only two alphabets “OK”
Nice place, plenty of side dishes, food is good but needs improvement. Ramen was tasty but I’m pretty sure was instant noodle. I’d recommend the seafood pancake.
first time i try the Kim chee korean bbq food! That is so good, i love the food so much! Every food and also drinks. A nice place that served korean food in sibu. Near old sing kwong supermarket, easy to find a parking lot and not jam. Opened at 11am everyday, you also can call them for reservation!
The food is very nice. Love the bibimbap, mandu, kimchi jigae. Just the dipping sauce for the pork belly bbq, not my cup of tea. Nice place to dine in with family & friend. Great customer servive.
Customer service is very bad?
The food, what can I say… The sides actually quite tasty. But be careful with the meat, the chicken first served was raw, the mutton served on plate with bone to look like bulky, the quality not worth the price.
In general, not recommended at all?
love the korean pancake, the bbq is good as well.
have to give credit to their great service, I forgot sth there and they kept it for me, so it’s a plus for me.
