4/3/2022 – Today we brought a stray pup for vaccination. Everyone was still the same.
The nurse and the doctors over there are really great. They all very friendly towards our pets. Did my dog a tumour removal surgery it when successful. Thanked to dr hasrul. My dog is perfectly fine and she is pain free now
Really good service. Need to call to make appointment first and do wear the provided slippers as they receive all kind of animals for treatment. I dare say this clinic is the only one with full equipments in sungai petani for your pets like xray etc. Consultation start at rm20 and price was a bit high but definitely worth it
One of the more comprehensive and medically equipped veterinary clinic in Sungai Petani. Experienced and friendly doctors and staff members.
Service was good attitude and patience to explain my pet’s condition.
However, the reason why i rated 1 star is when the time I heard my pet was in very bad condition and I felt sad n cried that time, and there was 3 ppls standing there help my pet to do scanning, there was 1 vets face expression was like so annoying to me that why im crying at there, i get shocked that why being a vets would have such an expression on a pet’s owner and that time my pet was in very bad condition! Its a natural phenomenon to feeling sad and crying right? Very disappointed to that vet.
