I went there on the 7th of July, 2023. and as you guys can see in the second photo, there’s a lot of cups lining up to be picked up on the pick up counter. Not to mention there’s also a lot of orders coming in and to be prepared by the baristas. Since it’s a small outlet, there were no chairs available around and people had to wait next to the store (But I won’t include it in the picture).
The barista asked me to wait for 1 hour or more since there were a lot of orders coming in from the app and also from walk-in customers. But I got my order in less than 30 minutes.
Since the outlet is the first outlet in Kuching (and also Sarawak), I can expect that the barista had to handle tons of orders. I hope that Zus can open more branches here in Kuching and in Sarawak especially in the future.

Went there during weekdays at 11am. Fast service since it’s not on peak hours. No doubt the cheapest coffee for these “kinds” of coffee.
I recently started using the ZUS app and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making my experience smooth and hassle-free. The customer service is also commendable; they were quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving my queries. It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality with excellent support.
