Price are affordable, good staff too.a year agoGreat place to play bowling. Environment is clean, ball is keeping well, friendly staff and price per game is reasonable too. Ample parking space within Sunshine Square Mall but must be paid via E-Wallet. Price per game is reasonable (around RM7.50/game). 3 months agoThis bowling centre is located at the highest floor of the shopping mall and it was slightly creepy on my way walking to the bowling centre as it was far off from the busy area of the shopping mall. The cashier was a bit arrogant and talked like a boss to us when we wanted to buy the games. The machines of our lanes was jammed at least 5 times during our games. Gratefully, their workers were helpful and quickly came to fix the machine.6 months agoThe proshop owner, Victor doesn’t know how to communicate with customers…so disrespectful and rude… We did a purchase before and didn’t realise there is balance that we should settle…When we visited the shop they acted out violently3 months agoNice bowling alley in Penang?4 months agoThe environmental very clean, and enjoyed playing bowling at there. Nice place to have indoor sport to release tension, enjoy family period, friend gathering and couple dating time. The facilities and environment still keep well and clean. Staff was kind too. Recommended place for everyone.
Nicely maintained lanes. Even the shoes and balls are well maintained. Food served is still good. Staff is friendly as well. Only thing that needs to be looked into is the toilet and parking. Parking is seriously expensive. Rm2.50 per hour. Bowling + lunch = rm7.50
Best place for conducting bowling competition. There’s a cafe at ground floor and spacious parking. Need some work to repair the parking lot. The price per game is affordable but the parking price is a bit expensive. Try parking elsewhere or use grab to come here to save more money.
A second home for many bowlers. One of the best bowling alley in Penang.
Place is good,lane is nice but the female staff is so lazy and rude. Not even looking at your face while talking. Other staffs is very friendly and good. Please fix your staff attitude first. Lane have lot empty but she said fully booked but we waited there so long not occupied yet. Should let us play for 2-3 games.Wasting my time only.
