6 months agoA nice place to workout, on the first floor are treadmills and bikes. On the second floor is mainly weighted machines. The equipment is rather well used and needs to be refurbished or some maintenance is required. Toilets, shower room, changing room, steam room and also prayer room is available. The service is okay and the locals are friendly. The entrance fee is RM8.2 months agoVisited while on holiday in Malaysia .I don’t understand why the gyms here don’t have air con.Most gyms in UK have Air con .Sweating without doing hardly any exercise . Plenty of kit but worn down cramped training area . A nice gym to visit, but treadmills need to be service more frequent. But overall is good, best choice for a place to work out
Good place for work out.. got different level of customer, beginner to pros.. mix around gain knowledge.. zumba available, fitness, open roof gym and not forgotten.. muay thai or kickboxing something on level 3.. spacious place, a lot of equipment.. needs to maintain a bit on equipment.. membership at par but u gain extra facilities.. maintain equipment and I’ll give another ?
It’s got the most complete equipment, a huge and spacious area, and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the equipment is old. The best part is that I don’t see any big guys who are full of themselves and look down on skinny people like me with nasty looks. You usually only find those kinds of people at cheap gyms
No air conditioner, but the space is super huge!
Nice gym, nice facilities if only the facilities properly maintained, surely it will be more hyped gym.
