Pharmacist lee wen xin didn’t have too much knowledge when we request assistance for medicine. Request two types of medicines, but only one provided. And didn’t bother to ask member details for points collecting. First bad experience with Big Pharmacy. Other outlets has better service.
Pharmacists were helpful and professional. Able to suggest suitable medicine and explained in details for it effects and how to apply it.
