5 months agoI regret every single penny I spent here. Almost RM600+ I wasted. Very bad service. The hair stylist was very unfriendly and I felt very uncomfortable through out the process. Went to salon to distress myself but being in the salon made me more stress and feeling unwanted. Hope the owner, teach his employees to be more welcoming.I already Whatsapp the owner, I might be late due to traffic but then the owner did not reply me. So I just came. Then, when I arrived, both the owner and the women hair stylist were mad at me. I felt very ashamed. The owner should have reply me and told me that they can’t do my hair today. So that, I can come tomorrow instead. Really disappointed.
Read few bad comments on this salon’s service but I ignored it and insisted to go because of the owner’s achievements. I shouldn’t ignore the comments. Until today, I regret my decision.
a year agoThis will be my only saloon that I’ll go to! Extremely great service from the team! Andy (who did my haircut), Raymond and May (who did my hair colouring) are friendly and bubbly. They’re definitely professionals and gave tips and tricks on hair care. I love how my hair turns out which I feel more confident with it. ? They also provide coffee/tea and even cakes! ? I recommend them to anyone that wants a change for the better. Definitely worth what you’re paying for!a year agoThe staff are friendly and professional. I was clueless on what I want but May has manage to help me to choose a colour that suit my skin colour. I was also looking for a nice haircut that easy to style and Raymond manage to explain what will suit me and easy for me to manage by understanding my habit/lifestyle.The rest of staff are friendly and helpful! Oh ya, they also serve drinks & cakes which I first time experience it in saloon! Highly recommended!!
a year agoTruly recommended ✅Stylist here super professional & passionate, friendly and nice. Andy was my hairdresser, always love his advises and ideas. Raymond was the one who always offer me foods and drinks (Their cake and burger is just delicious!) So if you go their place for hair services with empty stomach, worry free ? And the only shampoo girl named May, she’s nice and really passion. She’ll take care of your scalp really well ☺️
My only trusted salon in Ipoh for now and future!
2 years agoHad a haircut from Andy, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and welcoming. Every single one of their employee were friendly and sociable. They even offered me a mineral water, a latte and a huge slice of fresh cream fruit cake on the house. The ambience was great and the place was very clean too. I am also greatly satisfied and pleased with the haircut makeover that I received. Andy took his time to explain to me about my hair and what suits me best. This place was worth every penny spent. I just couldn’t find any bad qualities in this establishment. I would definitely come back here whenever I’m in town. 100% recommended!

a month agoThis is my first visit and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Got my hair cut & coloured by Sean. Went for the colour he suggested and I’m super happy with how it turned out (brightened complexion). Overall, a great experience and will definitely return for their service.4 months agoWould highly recommend this salon as the staff here are very kind and friendly. Will return for their excellent service.5 months agoThey’re able to replicate what I wanted pretty accurately, the results are great and my hair ended up soft and luxurious even after a colour job. The price is quite reasonable too. Definitely try this place out!

Friendly Staff, talk to us like we already know each other for a long time, love the music they had, super calming and those decoration and art on walls ahhh give my eyes energy to look around and the art details on walls, they even had awesome arcade for gamers behind there, it’s super cool!
Just passing through Ipoh and stopped for a haircut. The barber had skill and it is one of the best fades I have ever had, all for 25 RM.
Do not follow the que. The barber just let the latecomer to be in front of me. It made me feel bad. And the two barbers act like nothing happen.
I brought my friend to this barbershop that I usually go for as usual. After half and hour of waiting, my friend noticed that the barber let one customer to be cut his queue, and act like nothing happen. My friend ended up not having his hair trimmed due to the unpleasent experience. The picture below is taken by my friend.
