Can look for them both , really helping and clear explanation 😉in the last weekI am writing to complain about the incident happened in your shop yesterday which is definitely the worst phone purchase experience I had encountered in my entire life ever. The staff who helped me to stick the tempered glass he had dropped my new phone purchased from your shop. Hence, I requested the staff to replace me with a new phone. However, my request was being rejected and the staff tried to persuade me to accept the phone which had dropped. I rejected and ended up the staff told me that they could only do full refund to me which would take approximately 2-3weeks. Wish to let you know in advance that I paid this in full amount of phone price + tempered glass + charger. Furthermore, my partner and I purposely travelled all the way from Singapore to JB just to purchase a phone but ended up we were just literally wasting our time and get nothing and the only solution I got from your staff is that you could only wait for 2-3weeks to get my money back. This is just terrible.Prior to that our purchase, I would also like to complain that your staff service was absolutely terrible as the time when we entered into the shop, they were just not willing to bother and serve us although there were many times my partner and I kept waiving our hands as we would need further assistance before making our purchase. However, your staff went to serve other customers first although they already saw us and somehow we were the first one to ask for the assistance. We understand the shop was packed with customers during that period, however shouldn’t your staff be trained to serve customer in first come first serve basis? This is not professional at all further from the incident which I mentioned in first para as this is the first time I would see a staff who would drop their customer new phone when sticking tempered glass.

It was a nice experience specially it’s my first time to buy in this specific outlet (shop). The store rep (Hakim) is knowledgeable and was able to explain to me all the details that I need to know and my benefits as a customer. But like any other customers, we look for freebies somehow and I hope that the store can consider giving away a little gift of appreciation that can be use for marketing strategy. Nevertheless, its 5 out of 5. Thanks
