Highly recommended for everyone.7 months agoThis is my first visit to this vet and I’m very satisfied with Dr. Punita’s service. She is so experienced that she’ll be able to explain to you every single details. She treat the pets according to their specific symptoms and really treat them with her whole heartedly? I’m really appreciate to have met a doctor like this? hope my next visit my baby will recover well. I mean if we as a client are polite I’m sure the staff will return with better service and attitude!8 months agoI bring all four of my cats here for everything vet related and any pet health scares. Dr Punita treats my furbabies like they too are her own; it’s very heartwarming and assuring to see how she treats her patients with such tender loving care. I (and my cats) love her vibe and energy. She’s absolutely lovely and gives the best advice to care for my little ones. She is a professional and highly informed vet as she always takes the time to explain the procedures and medication my cats require and even goes through every available options to treat them to ensure that I make informed decisions when it comes to my cats. It’s so important to have a vet who genuinely cares for animals as the doctor and her team here do. I highly suggest this veterinary clinic if you’re looking for a vet in the Klang area. I also recommend making an appointment first to ensure a smooth visit, as from what I can tell, she likes to devote her time and attention to every patient that comes in (so its best to make an appointment so as to not compromise such quality service for other patients and pet parents)5 months agobrought my dying cat here & dr punita was very helpful and understanding. should have brought my dead cat to this vet for further cares & treatments. dr punita calmed me when my cat was ready to leave me forever.10 months agoI don’t know what the lady thought of me after she saw me entering inside the shop, I know what I wanted to buy, but was making a few calls to verify the products. But she couldn’t wait and straight away shouted at me claiming that she didn’t have time to entertain me even I came 20min earlier than the closing time. My card was rejected due to insufficient funds, I asked her to wait for a while but she asked me to get out, told me rude, and asked me to keep my mouth shut, I took all the recordings for the proof. Guess not my day. I was waiting patiently because my pup desperately needed that particular food today. The incident happened at 5:40pm 29/03/23. Ps: the lady was doctor I’m not sure what her name is. But I had the worst customer experience today. However I managed to buy the food.

went there to get my kitten his first vaccination. overall is good and price is affordable (rm45 + free basic checkup and dewormed). for few 12 hours, he was lethargic and loss of appetite, but I expected that since he just got vaccinated. After that he was as healthy as an ox

Provide excellent care for my Oreo & Tiger. The staff was knowledgeable, compassionate, and the facilities were clean. I really appreciated the efficient service and the staff’s clear consultation about my pet’s health. Kucing sihat, owner pun happy. Highly recommended.

Hi everyone i am very upset with the doctor who don’t listen to my instruction and also the front desk were very rude to me. I send my cat to this vet just because wanna try new places but ending was not great .. right after i took my cat to different place and straight away my cat get a right treatment . First and last taqwa .

This is my go to vet even though it is actually a bit out of my neighborhood area. Keep on coming here for their service and ambience.
Doctor always provides a brief explaination & asking for permission before giving treatment to my cats.
So far, I’ve been sending all my furbabies here for general treatment (deflea,deworm,fungal infection & ringworm), grooming, vaccination and spaying/neutering. Price is fair. Staff and Doctor are friendly.
Thus, highly recommended.
Read good reviews from meow parents, as a first time meow parent, I have travelled to this vet even though far from my home because I want my furbabies in good hands. Dr Z and her staff are gentle and loving to my furbabies. All 8 are vaccinated here since early this year and 7 are neutered/spayed here as well, one more waiting for him to turn 7 months. Also tried their grooming service for 5 cats, so far all good except 1, not entirely clean, perhaps he needs a few rounds of grooming. Also came here for other treatments (deworm, deflea, fungus, fever, injuries, eye infection etc). Warm and cosy vet.
Excellent service for all nurses n doctors. This is my 1st experience to bring my 7 month old cat for vaksin n I their service to me are BRAVO n AWESOME..They deserve
